RWJ Airpark Property Owners Association
In 2026 the yearly per lot fee is 50 dollars. If the lot is on the runway there is an additional 450 dollar maintenance fee. Simply put - 50 dollars for non-runway lots, 500 for runway lots.
Previously the yearly per lot fee was 20 dollars. If the lot is on the runway there was an additional 240 dollar maintenance fee.
Resale Certificate - $200
Rush Fee: $125 / 24 hours or $100 / 3 days
Transfer Fee: $215
Refinance Fee: $65
If we have to place a lien on your property for non-payment a $750 fee will be assigned for processing. To remove the lien a $750 fee will be assigned for processing the removal.
Covenants last approved and filed October 30, 2023
Our covenants require permission by the property owners association on improvements / structures on your property. We would like to remind you that all new buildings do require you to get a building permit from Beach City - this is a city requirement not an HOA. The city also requires you to get a windstorm certificate. More information on getting permission from the City can be found on their website. Here is a document to help you understand what material the committee will need in order to review your request.
